Liver Cell Isolation, Analysis & Immunology (LCIAI) Core
The LCIAI Core supports investigators engaged in detailed studies of resident liver cells as well as studies of immune cells recruited to the liver in various disease states. The two subdivisions of the core work together, as some of the applicable technologies overlap. The core is able to isolate and purify cells from intact rodent and human liver. In addition, core personnel have developed analytical tools to maximize data collection from small biological samples.
