Immunology consultation
The Core Director, Dr. Baron, can advise or work collaboratively with Liver Center members to select appropriate analytical methods for individual research projects. She has extensive experience with CyTOF and spectral flow cytometry and their application to liver immunology. For questions or to request a consultation, please contact Dr. Baron.
General instruction and instrument training
Liver Center core staff provide training on the Center's in-house BD Biosciences LSRII. Staff in the Parnassus Flow Core (PFCC) provide group training in the principles of flow cytometry and sorting, as well as individual instruction in the use of flow cytometry and sorting instruments. In both locations, users must receive training and certification before they are permitted to operate instruments independently.
