ELISpot Reader
The Liver Cell Isolation, Analysis and Immunology Core has shared access to a CTL S6 Universal-V Analyzer ELISpot Reader that can read 2-color ELISpot plates and up to 4-color FLUOROSpot plates. Core staff are versed in the use of ELISpot and FLUOROSpot kits to test cytokines and other proteins secreted from liver cells.
