Consultation
The Liver Gene Analysis Core provides expert advice regarding genomic analyses of liver cells and liver tissue. Clients are advised to consult with the Core Director, Bruce Wang, to discuss study design prior to the start of any experiment. Core personnel can advise clients sbout different methodologies available to address a specific research question and help identify the most appropriate approach. They can also provide information on feasibility, project timeline and cost estimate. Core staff will also discuss approaches for downstream bioinformatics analysis before a project begins.
