Bioinformatics Analysis
The Liver Gene Analysis Core has a dedicated data scientist, Cindy Pino-Barrios, who can help investigators with their bioinformatics analyses. Services include sequence alignment and data quality control, bulk RNA sequencing and single cell/nuclei RNA sequencing analysis.
Center members needing bioinformatics services are advised to schedule an initial meeting with Ms. Pino-Barrios to discuss their analytical needs.
