National Registries and Databases
The Patient-Facing Core supports the acquisition and coding of publicly-available registry data.
Databases include:
- United Network for Organ Sharing (UNOS) / Organ Procurement and Transplantation Network (OPTN) Standard Transplant Analysis and Research files
- Scientific Registry of Transplant Recipients (SRTR) / OPTN, including patient/transplant center ZIP codes
- Nationwide Inpatient Sample (NIS)
- National COVID Cohort Collaborative (N3C) data for cirrhosis/chronic liver diseases
- UCSF Clinical Data Warehouse (simplified clarity format and OMOP) and University of California Data Warehouse data (OMOP)
