"Genetic basis of metabolic liver disease: harnessing the VA’s Million Veteran Program"
Metabolic liver disease is a growing global health issue. In this talk, I will provide an overview about the Million Veteran Program (MVP), the VA’s mega-biobank, and our emerging work on metabolic liver disease and beyond—utilizing the MVP genomic and electronic health record database as well as other available cohorts.
