Drug Induced Liver Injury:
The Drug Induced Liver Injury Network (DILIN) Experience
Drug induced liver injury is a rare but significant cause of acute liver failure and is unpredictable and with no valid animal models. Initiated in 2004, the DILIN Prospective Study has made several important observations which help us to better understand the risk factors, genetic basis, clinical features, and outcomes of children and adults with DILI.
