Saunak Sen, PhD
Research Interests
My research focuses on statistical aspects of genetic mapping studies to identify genetic variants conferring susceptibility to disease. Such studies are being used to understand the etiology of liver diseases such as steatohepatitis and cholestasis in rodent models and humans.
