The Center offers small research grants on a competitive basis to members and/or prospective members. Two types of awards are available.
Pilot/Feasibility Grants
Pilot/Feasibility Grants are one-year awards of $30,000 that support (a) new investigators, (b) established investigators from non-liver disciplines and (c) Center members wishing to begin new projects completely divergent from their established expertise. Three awards are granted annually. Information, application instructions and submission deadlines are posted here.
Tool and Technology Grants
Tool and Technology Grants are one-time awards of up to $10,000 that enable investigators to access clinical or basic research services outside the Center. These grants are available only to Center members. Funds are awarded every four months. Information, application instructions and submission deadlines are posted here.
